We are a health, wellbeing and soul feel good club. Offering boutique style classes in our specialist area of Barre Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Dance Fitness and Meditation.
Our classes are available during the day and evening in person and virtual options are also available providing a flexible option to fit your self care into your day.

We also offer monthly specialist wellbeing retreats and sound healing event for a deeper practice into your mind, body and soul nourishment.

Bernadette Dench – Very well organised classes. Emma is a very cheerful, funny lady and most of all very talented. She loves what she does. I like going to her Zumba classes when I can on Thursday evenings @8pm

Sarah Shaw – I love the dance fitness and Zumba classes they are so much fun, Emma is great full of energy and really enjoys what she does.

Kathryn Shaw – Fun, energetic classes with a great group of people. Emma is fab, friendly, encouraging and professional in addressing individual fitness goals. Classes are well structured and options are given to advance the exercises. Having done no exercise for a while I have really noticed increased fitness levels and have a stronger more toned body. Would highly recommend for people of all abilities wanting to try something new.

Catherine Jones – A fun friendly fitness class, that I actually want to go to each week. Im noticing a real difference in my fitness levels and body shape.

Eve Warwick – Love the Thursday Zumba. Its not only about the exercise but fun and laughs too. Thanks Emma!

Kerry Mitchell – I have never had so much fun at an exercise class! Emma plans the lasses so that we all feel like we are on a night out with friends rather than exercising and she keeps us all going with her energy. I definitely fell more tones since attending and feel much fitter and healthier.
