Established in 2011 in Wirral by Emma Hitchman a fully qualified; highly experienced Dance and Performing Arts Teacher and performer who set out to establish a school with an exciting, energetic and highly creative environment for pupils to thrive in, benefiting our members and community.
In 2015 Showcase Dance & Stage opened its doors in Miss Emma’s home town of Urmston, Manchester, with over 400 pupils Showcase Dance & Stage is the fastest growing and Highly Acclaimed Award Winning school in Urmston, Manchester. During our short time our students have had great success featuring in programmes such as BBC’s ‘The Voice Kids’, Open Mic Finalists, ITV’s ‘Coronation Street’, CYD Performance Stage, CBBC ‘Justin’s House’ with more to come….
Classes are held at our state of the art studios (Showcase Studios, Railway Rd) in Urmston Manchester by our qualified, energetic and passionate teaching faculty enabling us to offer the highest standards of delivery and fun to our students. We even have a Digital Viewing Gallery for our parents in our waiting area so you can watch your child’s progress.
Our students can take part in IDTA / ISTD / Acrobatic Arts examinations, perform in shows and local community events.

At Showcase Dance & Stage our mission is to give each pupil the opportunity to “Showcase” their talents, working at their own pace by providing them with FUN lessons taught with high standards and teaching practices.
We believe each pupil will gain not only confidence through the stage but also important life skills through our sessions, enabling them to “Shine” in whichever path they choose to take.
The school offers classes in, Street dance, Musical theatre, Ballet, Tap, Freestyle, Acro / Gymnastic Dance, Contemporary, Drama, Singing and many more.
Our health & fitness brand Showcase Fitness also provides Adult Classes and Dance Teacher Training courses.
